if we accept POD way, do we regard "((<foo>))" as reference to other
RD-page or man-page, instead of reference to a section of *same* RD?
and to refer to a section, we have to use '((<"section">))'?

But gotoken proposed needlessness of inline label in [ruby-list:16148].
I agree it. We can refer to Headline and item of DescList, that might be
enough.
