Issue #13720 has been updated by nobu (Nobuyoshi Nakada).


`-l` is undocumented, just `nmake` sets `MAKEFLAGS=l` when `/nologo` option is given.

See [lines 45-53](https://github.com/ruby/ruby/blob/650e7580601327fab48eccde794cee2d467214af/appveyor.yml#L45-L53). I don't believe nmake accepts *nix style arguments.  Hence, remove `-l` from nmake lines.

Didn't see a need to have a PR test twice.  If someone could add to another...
