Thanks to Yusuke and Jun for your very useful information! I have added an item with a link from https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/projects/ruby/wiki/CommitterHowto to https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/projects/ruby/wiki/CIServers. The badges are also quite convenient, but they would be even more convenient if they were at the top of the page, rather than after the very long list of folders and files.
