Since we already have the reference manual in English, do you mean
the `Ruby Book'?
I hear that my publisher, ASCII publishing in Japan is now talking to
the publisher in US. I haven't heard go sign from the publisher yet.
I don't know about who is going to translate the book. I think it's
very hard to find qualified translator from Japanese to English,
mostly because very few books were translated from Japanese.
