Hi,
Your English is good enough that others could turn a rough translation of
your book into a professionally polished English version of your book. I am
sure that there are a number of qualified people who would be willing to
help out with this.
There are some new "print on demand" English language book publishers (for
example www.1stbooks.com and www.iuniverse.com). When they receive a order
for a book from Amazon.com or a conventional book store or directly from a
customer, they print a paperback copy, bind it with a color cover, and mail
it out. Hence you do not need to wait for a publisher to offer to print your
book in English.
