I agree on outsourcing to some extent. Most of the companies were putting so much pressure on prices, Quality definitely suffered or perhaps they were not bothered. But things have been changing in past year. More and more companies are outsourcing to India for talent. I demand and get paid nearly equivalent to US wages here in India.
