Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce the first release of win32-ipc.

What is it?

A base class for win32 synchronization objects (event, semaphore,
etc).  Provides the wait_any() and wait_all() class methods, as well
as the wait() instance method.

You will generally not use this class directly.
