Please find a patch providing RDoc support to Instiki at
http://thekode.net/misc/instiki-rdoc-support.patch

Once applied, the --rdoc option will enable RDoc markup on all of the
wiki.

If you defined a metadata model, it would be trivial to select the
markup language on a node basis.
