Only for the initial letter, and the reason for that is that
classes are expected to be constants.

No good reasons to use it, except things which come down to
personal taste.

But there's no reason to banish its existence from the entire
language either.  That would just be capricious and arbitrary, and
would limit programmers to no useful end.  Forcing all methods and
variables to have studly_underscores is a syntactical horror which
rates up there with Python's enforced-indentation-plus-mandatory-
colon thing.

Let programmer discipline come from programmers, not from
language constraints.
