Subject: ruby-talk web interface broken?

I don't subscribe to ruby-talk, I usually read c.l.r, but sometimes I've
noticed that articles show at at http://www.ruby-talk.org that don't show
up at c.l.r, so I check out the ruby-talk web interface occasionally.

The last couple of times I've checked (over a few days) I've noticed that
the article count is stuck at 95338 (the last article is from 3/19/04).
