It is now... :)

I just added the facility to the latest 1.8 and 1.9 CVS versions. If 
the template name contains a forward or backslash, it is taken as a 
library path (that is, if you say

    --template  my/template

RDoc will effectively do

    require "my/template"

to find it.

Without the slash, it looks in its own template directory as now.
