Subject: [ruby-talk:9565] DATA and ARGV don't seem to work under winruby

I guess that the subject says it all. I couldn't get the __END__ DATA
thing to work, even after you guys told me how it was suppose to be. Then
I ran it from an msdos prompt and it worked. It's the same as the ARGV
thing was.
