Subject: Some minor FOX HMat bugs/feature requests


Sorry for sending them here, but I had trouble with the form on the fxruby
website, and I know Lyle is an usual poster here.

1) HMat's default constructor leaves matrix with undefined numbers.  It should
either default to a null or an identity matrix.
2) **BUG** def [](idx)  access of HMat is returning self for idx = 0 (works
fine for 1,2,3).  Also, def[](idx) access does not check bounds as it is
possible to query idx>3, albeit that may be a feature for speed.
