For some reason postings from David Black doesn't show up on the
newsgroup. One mail with attached data from Robert Klemme didn't got
through either. I found out about this because other rubyists had replied,
so that I could see a posting was missing. 

Is this known issues?

Is there a homepage where the condition of the mail<>news server can be
seen?
