Subject: Service issues on ruby-lang.org

I was not able to have access to ruby-lang.org throughout the 
afternoon, nor
get email from rubytalk.

Was there some problem?

Also, Chad Fowler added a project (rubygems-succ) to the RAA yesterday,
but it is gone now.  Did RAA lose some data?
