 * Due to a broken regular expression some functions when used
   interactively displayed the general help. Fixed.
 * Interactive help did not display help for last command listed.
   Fixed.
 * Alternative name flush for clear has been added.
 * --no-number-stack command line option has been added. Meaning:
   Don't number stack.
 * --no-verbose command line option has been added. Meaning: Output
   stack only when explicitly told to do so.
 * --number-stack command line option has been added that. Meaning:
   Number stack items when printed.
 * --tos-first command line option has been added. Meaning: Output of
   stack starts with least recently pushed item.
 * --tos-last command line option has been added. Meaning: When
   printing stack first output TOS.
 * --verbose command line option has been added. Meaning: Print stack
   after each operation
 * --version and -v command line options to display program version
   have been added.
