It's a bug in the file association which is fixed in the 1.6.2
InstallShield version. You can do it yourself with a quick registry
hack. In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES change the rbFile\open
shell command to have "%*" at the end.
