We ran out of space to put everything, so we discussed with Matz what
the most used packages were and documented those.

The good news is that lib/matrix.rb is a well documented package in
the source.

I'm not sure what we could do in terms of indexing without also
describing the package: after all, the index would basically just be a
list of the .rb files in lib/.
