I'm not familiar with the packaging system used in Mac OS X, but have 
you installed the 'postgresql-devel' package (which contains the 
necessary *.h files)? If yes, then check the correct path for 
server/utils/array.h (e.g. is it really in 
/usr/local/src/postgresql-7.4.1/src/include/?)
