Subject: ANN: RMagick 1.4.0 released

This is the first major upgrade to RMagick since last August. The big
changes are much improved documentation and additional methods based on
the latest ImageMagick 6.0.0 beta and GraphicsMagick 1.1 snapshots. I've
also added a couple of methods for retrieving EXIF data.

RMagick is an interface to the ImageMagick (www.imagemagick.org) and
GraphicsMagick (www.graphicsmagick.org) image processing libraries.
