Chris,

I ran into the same problem. I manually removed the "_real@..." entries
from "mswin32-ruby16.def" and re-rean nmake. I was able to link
ruby.exe and the dll. There seems to be a problem in "mkexports.rb" but
I just starting to learn Ruby.
