Subject: [ruby-talk:9181] a fix for cgi.rb, sort of...

Hi,

I figured that the only difference between offline and online cgi.rb had
to be params that I was passing. So in my ruby script I added a dummy
cgi param:

cgi.params['Survey'] = ["Science"]

Now all is well. Anyone know why? It has to be a bug somewhere in
cgi.rb, but I don't know where to look.
