Sad to say, yes.

We -list rubyists have a BOF on last Sunday in Tokyo.
(I should notice its CFP here.  Next time.)  I found
some guys had gave up reading -talk because of hardly
English reading.  Of course it is very hard for me,
too (but it is very fun and is worth reading.)

I look very much to Maki's project.
