Subject: [ruby-talk:8900] Simple binary install for Ruby/GTK under MS Windows?

I feel really dense, but I can't find a simple 
way to get Ruby/GTK working on an MS Windows box. 
I was really hoping to download some GTK/GDK 
dll's, a Ruby/GTK dll, and be done with it. But 
it looks like I'm going to have to install a C 
compiler and build everything from source.

My idea would be Ruby 1.6.x, Ruby/GTK 2.3, and 
GTK 1.3, but I'll settle for something reasonably 
close. Is there a simpler way?
