Since your name (Christophe) doesn't sound Indian, I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that you're a European that moved to India to work - can you give us any details on how this is done and what it's like to live there? ....I'm just trying to prepare for a possible future when Americans will have to move to India to find engineering work. Alternatively, how about telecomuting from the US for this job? Would it be possible to work from the US? (hey, there's a lot of work for US companies being done from India, why not the other way around?) Phil
