Hi all,

I'm happy to announce the release of win32-etc.  This
is actually the sys-win32etc module rereleased as part
of the win32utils project.  In addition, there was
some code and test cleanup.

What is it?

This module provides the 'etc' module functionality
for the Win32 platform.
