Subject: RubyConf Registration Extension

Due to yesterday's http://rubyconf.org outage, we will be extending
registration until this Sunday, October 26.

If you haven't registered yet, please head on over and register
(http://www.rubycentral.org/03/index.rb?dest=start_reg).

If you *weren't* planning on coming, you have two extra days to
reconsider. :)
