Well, GTK2 and wxWindows are different things. wxWindows is an abstraction 
layer that enables you to build application over libraries like GTK+, Win32 
libraries, Motif, etc.

And GTK2 is a native library, developed for differente OSes like GNU/Linux and 
Windows.
