Subject: rdoc feature or bug?

I did a test output on the example.rb file using the stable releas of
rdoc.  I noticed that when it produces the xml file, it actually
outputs some html as well, embedded inside the html.  Is this
intentional?  I didn't think HTML belong inside xml? But then again, I
noticed no rdoc dtd so perhaps anything goes.

Just wondering.
