I am sorry Hal, I fear I cannot confirm that. The German version of
the FAQ can be found at:

    http://oss.erdfunkstelle.de/ruby/

I'd prefer if you write 'German version' and not 'German translation'
because the content of both texts differs (the addtional links
present in the German version would not make much sense in the
English one).
