Subject: mod_ruby for Windows?

I want to develop ruby web-apps on Windows. They'll probably be deployed 
on an *nix server, but I'd like to at least have it working on Windows 
for development. mod_ruby doesn't seem to support Windows. What are the 
options on that platform?
