 Net::HTTP::Post::new give you the possibility to add headers lines, try
 with

  headers = {}
  headers['Content-Type'] = ''multipart/form-data; etc... '
  req = Net::HTTP::Post.new(get_url, headers)

 and remove these headers lines (Content-*) in the data that you send
