Subject: Stable snapshot link

I thought I'd get the "latest stable" Ruby (without going to
CVS).

I downloaded from the "Stable snapshot" link, but when I did
the make install, I noticed a bunch of 1.6 paths in the output.

Has this been updated? I assumed it was done via cron or
something.
