When I diff this version with that, which comes with ruby 1.8, there are differences notably in the header of optparse.rb: Version 0.12 of optparse.rb: RCSID = %w$Id: optparse.rb,v 0.23 2003/01/31 00:41:04 nobu Exp \ $[1..-1].each {|s| s.freeze}.freeze The Version which comes with ruby 1.8: RCSID = %w$Id: optparse.rb,v 1.29 2003/07/18 06:34:49 nobu Exp \ $[1..-1].each {|s| s.freeze}.freeze According to this, the version in the ruby 1.8-package is damn newer. Where did it come from? Where can I find this newer version? I am asking, because I am interested in the additional files of the package, escpecially the documentation... Kind regards, Meino Cramer
