Subject: [ANN] quixml-0.2.1

Lots of updates to the API, with a handful of new methods to generally 
make life easier for developers and many changes both internally and to 
the API itself.

One of the most important changes is to the parsing and generating of 
XML.  Instead of defaulting to "pretty-printing" you can now specify a 
number of flags (constants) to control how various conditions are 
handled.  There are also some pre-defined constants which are ORs of 
different flags; examples are: QuiXML::CONSERVATIVE and QuiXML::PRETTY. 
  Also, pretty-printing is no longer the default; QuiXML::CONSERVATIVE 
is now the default flag when parsing and generating XML.

Generating new XML content is now much easier with create_node and 
parse_node methods.

Added text_of, attributes_of and children_of methods which search for a 
node matching given search criteria and returning the requested node 
property, if a match is found.

Speaking of searching, the string "." now always matches the root node 
in element addressing tests.

Got rid of the "programming with" section of the API reference and 
replaced with a series of practical examples.  I think this section will 
be very helpful to people wishing to get acquainted with QuiXML.
