Dear Good day, 
With esteem interest, I sincerely write to inform you of a profitable
transaction that will benefit your good self, and in acceptance of
this business offer. I know this letter will come to you as a
surprise, knowing fully well that I have not met you in 
person but I got your company�s name from the Directory here in
Nigeria. When I was sourcing for a reliable and trustworthy person,
abroad, I decided to pick interest in your company�s name and what
motivated me much is in your area of specialization. 

I came about the sum of US$52,000,000.00 (Fifty-Two Million US
Dollars Only) from a contract executed and commissioned in the year
2000. I was appointed the Chairman, Contract Awarding Committee and I
awarded a contract to a German firm to the tune of U 
S$52 Million. Before I awarded the contract, we both reach an
agreement that if I award the contract, I will be entitled to 10% of
the total contract sum which is US$5,200,000.00 (Five Million, Two
Hundred Thousand US Dollars Only), the company agree
d and the contract was awarded to them and the company executed the
contract and it was commissioned in the year 2002 and the company was
paid off the total sum of US$46.8 Million leaving behind the balance

son why I cannot claim the balance is because we are not allowed as a
civil servant to operate a domiciliary account, is against the civil
servant�s law, that is the more reason I contacted your company to
assist me claim the balance payment as a sub-con 
tractor to the fund in question. In acceptance, you will be entitled
to 35% of the total sum of US$5.2 Million while 60% will be for me
and 5% will be set aside for any miscellaneous expenses incurred
during and after the transaction. All I need from y
ou is as follows:-
1. Name in full and your company address.
2. Telephone, fax number, E-mail address, Residential phone number.
3. Bank information where the fund will be transferred. 
Furthermore, the transaction is Risk Free, there is no risk involved
and the utmost paramount of this transaction is Secret and
Confidential due to my 15 years of meritious service with the
Government, I don�t want it to be jeopardized. All corresponden 
ce should be by phone for now, I have a fax line in my office but its
not attached to me alone, as time goes on I will buy a fax line which
will be kept in my residence for security reasons.
