Ok, looks like it promotes Ruby via conferences, activities, events, book translations, etc. Tangible programmer type stuff. What I don't see is promotion of Ruby via marketing. No logos, fancy web pages, white papers, testimonials, etc. Stuff aimed at getting managers everywhere to see the wisdom of using Ruby instead of C# or Java.
