Ahh, e-services--that reminds me of something I saw on SOAP a while back 
that I was trying to recall.

This was an interesting but apparently (AFAIK) one-sided article inasmuch 
as nothing was mentioned about more restricted usage where (presumably) 
this wouldn't be a problem.
