It doesn't appear to.  ps aux | grep postgresql doesn't show anything
with a -i and grepping through /etc/init.d/postgresql doesn't show any
-i either.  I've installed it under debian unstable.  It also won't
recognize plpythonu as a language, but that's another matter altogether
:o).
