Very good to excellent.  The PerlMonks code is based on
the Everything code base, which is freely available at
http://everydevel.com/.  (And the two continue to share
improvements.)  In fact Tim Vroom (who runs PerlMonks)
was at one point asking whether he should get parallel
domain names for other languages and set up sister sites.
The reason he didn't do that in the end was the fear that
language bigots would not be pleased with going to a site
written in Perl.  Particularly so since the language
which he cared about most was Java (which he needed to
learn more of for school).

I am not sure how much help he would give Ruby, but it
cannot hurt to ask...
