I caught my left index finger in the car door this weekend (nothing broken, but the doctor says rest, ice and elevation) so my typing speed is shot to bits. Worst of all, I don't have feeling back (yet) on the left side of the finger, so as I type Control-F (forward) in Emacs, I will often unknowingly brush against the Control-D (delete) key, causing negative progress in my typing. -- -- Jim Weirich jweirich@one.net http://onestepback.org ----------------------------------------------------------------- "Beware of bugs in the above code; I have only proved it correct, not tried it." -- Donald Knuth (in a memo to Peter van Emde Boas)
