Subject: [ANN] RMagick moves to RubyForge

RMagick has taken up residence at RubyForge. I'm leaving the old web page
up for a while but from here on the official residence is at
rmagick.rubyforge.org. The project page is rubyforge.org/projects/rmagick.
We've got forums, bug tracking, and even a mailing list!

Thanks to everybody at RubyForge for putting together this wonderful site,
especially to Tom Copeland for helping me make the move.
