Just thinking out loud here but perhaps you could mirror your content at
(say) http://rubygarden.org/ruby?BeNeLuxGroup which would allow for further
expansion if the Luxembourgers start to feel excluded ;-)

I'm not sure if it's possible but maybe you could connect the two via a
pipe ??  Experimenting, I thought I saw the message:

                  "Ceci n'est pas une pipe"
