Subject: Dutch user group updated

Hello Dutch users,

At http://rubygarden.org/ruby?DutchGroup you can see an effort to combine
the small Dutch user groups into one group. Accidentally, the Belgian
group also got included, but I think that's a good thing, so I'll just
leave it as it is.

This is also a call for people interested in Ruby from around here to edit
the page and put their name on it.

Groeten,
Michel van de Ven
