Both using # can break existing code.

  (#  comment
    WAS NOT comment, but WILL BE.
  #)  WAS comment, but WILL NOT BE.

  #{ comment } WAS comment, but WILL NOT BE.

As for %, I'd thought of %c{ ... }, but this is too ugly and
it recalls me some old languages above all.
