Nothing so drastic ;)

/    -> bin,sbin,lib,dev,proc,usr,tmp,var,boot,pkg
/usr -> man,info,share,include,src

Notably, no usr/{bin,sbin,lib} or usr/local/{...} since this method of 
splitting up packages is superceeded by /pkg

I like it this way, and it has the advantage of being a subset of the 
FHS, so you can put the missing bits back in if you really wanted too...
