Yes, you do. Just take all the data that you get and write it to the file.

Here's a bit of code:

require 'net/http'

h = Net::HTTP.new('some.url.com', 80)
url = '/path/to/file.zip'

h.start{|http|
	File.open('c:\tmp\stuff.zip',"wb+"){|f|
		resp, data = http.get(url, nil){|gotit|
			f.print(gotit)
		}
	}
}

You'll have to put in some rescue clauses for catching exceptions, of
course.
