Some time ago (~a month) daemonnews.org (bsd ezine) posted a call for
paper even talking about developing for the bsd platforms.
That could be a point where we could post something, and we could
stand up on  
- the fame already gained by portupgrade 
- the strong bsd+ruby community (seems to me that there are a lot of
them..)
