Subject: Starter for 10: Changing owner/group of a symlink


Both the class and instance File.chown methods seem to follow the link 
rather than affecting the link itself.

Is assume this jut calls chown(2). But I don't see an lchown equivalent 
(although there is an lstat)

What have I missed?
