Subject: Is webrick broken?

Sorry for the  re-post, but I am surprised that
the test.cgi does not work with webrick.

I get the following error with WEBrick 1.2.3 and Ruby-1.8.0 while
trying to open the test.cgi script.

Internal Server Error

closed stream 

WEBrick/1.2.3 (2002-09-23) (Ruby/1.8.0/2003-04-10) at 157.95.47.65:10020 


Surly this has a fix.

Anybody?
